The beginning female robovoice states that the call recipient's Social Security card has been breach. You need to hold the line to speak with the government's "IT Security". You will need to have your Social Security number ready to gove the live person so they can repair the breach.
No! This is NOT the U.S. Government or the Social Security Administration... give NO information to these people!
The real Social Security Administration would never call like this, nor would they call on a 216-973 (cellular) number.
This is a very dangerous and nasty scam!
