This call was made on a spoofed/stolen cellular phone that goes along with Track Phone service and is in a SW Cleveland suburb by Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.
The lady who owns this phone likely is unaware that her number has been spoofed/stolen and used to perpetuate a scam.
When this call came up, my caller id read "UNSAFE NUMBER SCAM". Because of this identification, I did not answer the call and no voicemail was left.
There is a scam running rampant in the Cleveland, Ohio area that this call is likely apart of. There is a big block of phone numbers that have been deemed "UNSAFE Numbers" to which these scam calls are coming through on.
It has been both confirmed and reported on in the local Cleveland news media that this is indeed a scam that talks the call recipient into giving their credit/debit card numbers for a "small processing fee" for a free resort stay (there is no real resort stay).
Some call recipients have fallen for this scam and given their credit or debit number for what they think is a small handling fee. By the time the phone call ends, prople's credit cards are maxed out or bank accounts affected through a debit card number. These people also was just given one's personal identity but also their financial information.

Beware of these "UNSAFE NUMBERS" and protect yourself... so NOT give these people card numbers or any other personal information.
