A man with a thick India(n) accent answered when I called the callback number that they left on my voicemail, 217-461-2103. He said he was Officer Jack with the Internal Revenue Service and asked for my name. I said Kelly Cox and he asked how to spell it. I said, "It's a very American name, you should know how to spell it." and he hung up on me.
