Pyramid Scheme; Spam. same message has been spoofing various numbers for a while now. This one is the "friend bob" calling about making 14k a month.

spammer, came in as restricted. didn't pick up. lengthy spam VM as if he's my buddy trying to help me out, selling online 10K per month blah blah. why isn't this guy penalized?
