Said that they were from Microsoft Word and that I had viruses on my computer. When I asked if they could take me off the list they hung up on me. They call every day.

Purported to represent Microsoft windows customer support and wanted to help with problems we were having with our computer. We are having no problems with out computer, and the gentleman had such a thick middle eastern accent he was difficult to understand. It was obviously a scam.
