Rec'd call from 217-717-4838 at 12:04 PM on 4/8/2017. Caller ID showed Springfield, IL for the name. I did not answer and they did not leave a message.

The number is for the "Victory Processing Company", a polling organization in Springfield Illinois.

Political polling company out of Springfield Illinois. When they called the robo-message didn't play and the line just hung for several seconds. I called them back and an automated answering machine identified them as a polling company with a phone number removal option.

Received a call from this number a few minutes ago. Caller ID said it was "Unavailable". When I am home, I shut off the answering machine and if call appears to be spam, I don't answer. I never answer a call from someone I don't know.
