Has called my phone repeatedly today have blocked but keeps showing up scam likely and rings once

Received multiple calls, no message left and no response when I answer. Attempts to return call do not go through and are disconnected. I've blocked this number to prevent future calls.

Calls my line 11-14 times in one minute. Since I have it set to block , it only rings once. But still very annoying. The one time I did pick up, they say nothing and hang up -- so I suspect phishing for working numbers. Although, This has been going on for months!
