They keep calling me and I don't answer because I don't recognize it and they never leave me a message. I tried calling the number back today and all I got on it was an annoying beeping.

I didn't answer, message as left offering to lower my interest rate on a credit card to an unbelievable 6% and to push a number to talk to a representative. Presume this is fishing.
