I had a foreign guy call me yesterday saying some American Payday Loan was suing me and filing charges against me. Saying I took a loan from them and didn't pay it back. I never took a loan from them. He knew my full name, the last 4 of my social, my cellphone number, work phone number, my email address, and knew what bank I banked with. He was threating me with jail and told me if I didn't call back he felt sorry for me when it all came down on me. That I owed them over $5000. He wouldn't give them American Payday Loans phone number. And they hung up on my several times. When I would call after I said my name and what I was calling for then would hang up on me. The last time I called I asked what was the date that I got this supposably loan and they hung up on me then wouldn't answer the phone. After awhile I tried again and the phone was just a fast busy like it was disconected. I called my local police station and asked them if I needed to file a report and they told me to get on their website and look up the FBI Fraud department and call them to file a report. They picked the wrong person to mess with cause I am not giving up on this.
