Collection agency for Check into Cash, Called left an official soundin message saying they could speak to me or legal counsel. And they needed to know was this done intentional or an oversight. It was BS. Ive never done business with them. It was alarming because of the way the message was left. Stupid collection tactics. They should focus on getting correct contact info.

They called me and said that I owe Check into Cash $100 and that I was in trouble. I told the lady that I don't have time for these harassing phone calls, I am sick and that I was going to report them to Morgan & Morgan and she told me that she was sorry and was going to remove my number from the call list. In which I am not feeling well today and I go in to doctors appointment once weekly

This Sylvia Holt person left a message just like the others described above, looking for my brother-in-law. Calling me to reach him makes absolutely no sense, we're on good terms but hardly contact or see each other. I'm guess it's a scam.

Called today asking for my son who is 45 and hasnt lived with me in years. Recording said Sylvia Holt and that my son had until 5pm today to call and resolve the matter or legal steps would be taken. Said they could talk to either my son or his legal counsel. After reading all these comments, I didnt bother to forward the message. How they got my unlisted number attached to my son's name is unknown. Obviously a scam.

I called the number back to find out company. Man said they are a "recovery service" and looking for **** (my son). He said if I didnt know that person, it was a waste of both of our time. I told him I still wanted to know the actual company name he was calling for. He said hold on then hung up on me. Abrasive jerk.

Same as many here - said it was a Federal law and a notice for someone who wasn't me. Caller was Sylvia Holts. Said they had tried to contact in order to dismiss privately. They also said, "your neglect is forcing our hand to initate a process that would adversely affect you which goes against every effort. We're attempting to help you. It is our number one priority to eliminate any possibility of any additional hardships being brought against you. Time is of the essence."

Just received another call from Sylvia Holt, this time the number was 612-605-4414. This time she's looking for Geraldine something. She says, "I have been given authorization to give you a final call concerning the matter here. Very important that you contact me today, March 15. Do call or have your attorney contact us no later than 7PM.

Interesting that it was Sylvia Holt again, but at a different number.

Called me twice looking for my step dad so i called they said it was legit and then connected me to someone else who was calling them so I called them back and they said that it wasn't a scam and said the name of the company was BRF and hung up on me

Same as above, exactly. Left message claiming I could have counsel communicate. Said on the message they were sorry but action was needed or consequences could be severe. Didn't return the call. Nobody real would leave a voice message like this in my opinion. Sounds like a scam.

Same thing has to be scam, said her name was Sophia Holt, stated to call her back immediately about a notice or have my counsel call. Heard on news not to call back as they want to track your information for identity scams

They called my daughter saying they needed to connect me with they're client and gave her their # and said have me call them , I did and got a women who put me on hold I hung up & called back & got a recording saying its the office of Cory Hendricks . Did'nt leave a message . Smells real fishy !

I RECIEVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER. THEY WERE LOOKING FOR A FRIEND OF MINE. SAID THAT HE NEEDED TO CONTACT THEM OR WOULD HAVE A JUDGEMENT AGAINST HIM. THEY WERE ALSO WILLING TO TALK TO HIS COUNCIL. STRANGE THAT WE ARE IN MISSOURI AND THEY ARE CALLING FROM MINNESOTA. HE ATTEMPTED TO RETURN THE CALL BUT NEVER GOT THROUGH. SEEMS LIKE A SCAM TO ME.

They called me trying to get my info. When I called back the guy on the phone sounded real ghetto. Not a professional. He dared me to report him after I told him I'm going to report him. I reported the phone number to the FTC. Be warned this business is a phishing scam.

Called my father stating that I needed my council to get in contact with them. I have no cases pending and I am my own council so I called the number and had my number removed, my father's removed, and no information they asked for was given. PLEASE BE AWARE

They called pretending to be some kind of law firm. Telling me to call them immediately. Be careful people. They're trying everything to get your info.

They called my son and niece looking for me too so wierd I called back and it rang and rang. I would think a business would have an ansering machine. Well now I now they are scammers thank you all for the info
