Message with threat of last attempt to assist.
This guy said he was Nicholas S from the Treasury Dept and had an urgent matter for me or my attorney to call back. SCAM
This number called my workplace phone number leaving a message that his name is Bill Jenkins. Needing to talk to me (never actually gave the name he was wanting to talk to) regarding my file and he could either talk to me or my legal counsel.
