Minnesota number. Recording... "be happy and blessed."
Unknown caller. I have had numerous calls like this one from different phone numbers. They all leave a voicemail that says: be happy and blessed. Sounds like the same recording for all phone numbers. VERY annoying... probably some wacko religious nut-case!
