What is the end-game for all these calls with the same 14 second voice message? a bit scary that this might be dark side breach. what government organization is monitoring this sort of stuff. i get at least 5 calls per day for past 6 weeks, all from different numbers with same message all times of the morning and afternoon. ugh!

Having the same issue calling and leaving a voice message each from different phone numbers but using the same message. I have asked them to opt out and the statement is to give then 35 hours to take effect but they just use a new number.
