Called about a loan they say I got for $350.00 . Called me on Wed 11 3 10 at 1 pm told me I have to appear in court in California Monday 11 8 10 at 11 am . I live in Maine. They are threatening to black list my social security number so I can't work for 7 years. They are claiming to be suiting me in court in California for $5984.00 to repay $350.00. I tried to call back Alex Roger answered the phone and when I asked who it was that I owed the money to he hung up on me and now when I call I get a recording.Have a saved voice mail from a Frank Jackson I think they said for me to call back as well.
