Just got a call on my cell from this number. I didn't answer it, so it came up as a "missed call" from "No Name", Two Harbors MN. After reading the other comments, I am glad I didn't answer.

One missed call immediately followed by a second attempt which I picked up. Dead air and then they hung up.

They called saying they were from my credit card company and would reduce my rate for my good payment history. Asked which card and they said Visa, asked which visa and he asked for my card number and expiration date. Told him I wouldn't give that out until I understood who they were. He hung up on me after I said that. Total scam.

She said she could lower my interest rate on my "credit card". I needed to act now because this offer was going to expire soon. I asked which card she was referring to, she wanted me to name which one. I am sure it is a scam!

Silence for 10 seconds and then the call ends itself. This happens to me a couple of times a week from different numbers.

Recorded message. Said she was from my "credit card company" and that she could reduce interest on my card. I don't have a credit card! Only my checking visa. Pretty sure it was a scam.

dead air (probably running their predictive auto-dialer "too fast" for the # of agents on the floor = I'm another one of the many "abandoned calls" they're wracking up on tomorrow's stats).

These guys act like they are from your credit card company and are offering a better rate. I asked which of my card companies she worked for, she changed the subject. Then I said I was on the no call list and they hung up. Not legit whatsoever!

Received call from this number but just silence and then hung up. I redialled the number but it says "your call cannot be completed as dialed". Prank call or phishing.
