Same exact caller, except from another number - (773) 263-6381. Definitely a scam.

It's not the person to whom the number is registered to in Gary, IN, nor is it a bldg in the middle of nowhere in that city housing an illegal phishing scheme, they are "spoofing" they're real number with a random number to conceal identity and location- most likely not in US, these people in Gary, IN have nothing to do w it. By answering or calling back they know it is a working number and will sell it to other scammers, so expect a few more calls - don't answer or call back

regarding 219-433-4509 The number showing on caller Id isn't the number they are calling from, they spoof a number that belongs to someone else

I was on the phone with another call when this number showed up as a missed call. Thankfully I don't answer numbers I don't recognize. Because if it's truly important, they'll leave a voicemail. I looked it up after, read about it, and saw it was a credit card scam. Be careful with all the crazy crap out there these days, people can be so shady!

Update: The number was registered to Carolyn Pettaway on Hill Street in Gary, Indiana. Google earth shows Hill Street in Gary, it is two blocks long, out in the country and is obviously used as an illegal dump. There are no houses on Hill Street. Very clever group at Credit Card Services

Total scam, since I do not have any credit cards and the first thing they said was they were calling "about my current credit card account". I immediately hung up.

This "scam" company has been busy today - out of curiosity I pushed #1 after the robocall said I could lower my credit card interest. They knew nothing about my credit card or me - obviously "phishing" for information. This was the second call I got from them today, the first was at 8:07 am and I was unavailable to answer. Would be nice to see them shut down - hard to understand how a person can be employed to obviously scan someone - hope the scammers get scammed!

Out of morbid curiosity, I dialed the extension when prompted in order to talk to a live person after the auto-attendant mentioned something about "lowering my interest rate" for an unspecified credit card. Guy picked up, I told him that 1). I as on the "do not call" list, and 2). That it was 7:00 a.m. where I lived. Before I could say anything else, he slammed the phone down on me, and that was that. Sounds like a reputable company that isn't sketchy in the least.
