The consumer is receiving calls from a company, and if you don’t answer the call, this will go into the answering machine with a very loud tone until you physically answer and hang up the phone. These appear to “Line Seize” the phone until you take this action. This occurs several times per month.

The Autism Awareness Center called on 1/17/2013 at 12:40 pm from 219-810-6278. The number is a live contact for the Autism Awareness Center. A call received on 1/16/2012 at 10:41 am from 987-654-3210.
