Here's a comment from Robin for a similar phone number that works; It took several tries on these calls to finally get a person to talk to but even though I nicely asked him to stop calling, he hung up! What did work to stop the calls was from a blog comment I saw on another site that said to call 866-246-7196. I just gave the caller's phone number to confirm it was on their list and the receiving phone number to add to the do not call list.
