I had a missed call and part of a recording as a voicemail, saying it's a very important message, it's the final notice about being able to lower my interest rate on my credit card. I never signed up for anything like this, it sounds like a scam.
they told me they were affiliated with citibank
They call every day. Today is Thanksgiving and they called!!! I can't get rid of them. I have NO debt and know they are scammers.
