called several times saying collecting for police fund. today i think they slipped up an asked for Vanessa Williams a woman who evidently gave my phone # on a loan she made. I think they are either a fraud or collection agency. When i asked to speak to an official they got antsy and hung up. really need to khow who these rats are.
