Asked to stop call but keeps call back
Caller: Blue Cross insurance
Called representing Blue Cross Blue Shield. When I asked if open enrollment was closed he said the end of January. Then when I asked are you suppose to be calling me since it is not legal for you to call me, I should be calling you. He hung up.
Trying to sell vasectomies and other sterilization surgery. An attempt to get credit card and intimate personal information. Definite Fraud Scammer.
