Same thing happened to us. Plus you might want to add, it's a computer voice lol.

Same tele call - despite call blocking. Don't call them - call the IRS directly if you really are worried. www.irs.gov. Plus if the IRS get's inundated with calls, they may actually try to stop.
Claimed that they were initiating a lawsuit against "you," never identifying anyone by name. Gave a phone number to call.
