Got a call from this number but when I tried to call back, I got an odd, automated message from Rogers wireless that I've never encountered before - to the effect that if I do manage to contact the 2212 number, I should advise them to check their voicemail and initialize their mailbox. So I'm wondering who doesn't initialize their mailbox and why? Blocked.
