Robocall survey asking just the one question: do you have a landline? Don't know for a fact that this is a scam, but I am always suspicious of this type of survey, because of the potential for it to be used to identify elderly people. Who may be more easily scammed outright, or targeted to be sold something they don't really need. Some type of hardware item - a water softener, a new furnace, even just a doorbell - that is physically attached to their home and can then be used to register a lien or similar legal instrument against the tiltle to their home.
