Yes, I just got this call too. I couldn't hear his name clearly. He left a recorded message on my MagicJack. I could forward this message if it would be of help to anyone. The phone number he said to call back was 229-231-3343. But the caller id was 206-708-2849. Definitely a scam.

Called on Jan 21st. Caller mentions his name is David Craig and threatens enforcement action executable by U.S. Treasury. Call back number 229-231-3343. Being a Tax advisor it did not take more than 10 seconds for me to figure out this is a scam call.
