Obviously a scam. First off, T-Mobile caller ID says it is likely a scam. Second off, my student loan was paid off 40 years ago. I didn’t bother calling them back. I don’t need to tell them that my number is actually active.
Yes.Carol from the processing department.
exact same thing, Carol from the processing department
the number on my caller id was 507-431-4898 but I was supposed to call back to 231-244-5072 -
Friendly female call from a "Processing Center" about the significant changes to my federal student loans. HA! (not what Betsy DeVos is saying) Further urgently instructed me to call back today with the ID number she gave me. I looked up her number and found this list of callers. Sounds scammy to me
Left a voicemail. Did not say the name of the organization and just said processing center. She was calling about significant changes to my federal student loans (I WISH!). Representative sounded super friendly but very nervous about the call which caused me to look up the number to see it is a scam. They provided me with a reference number and everything. I wonder how many people who are in debt like me are getting scammed by this.
