It sounded like the person wanted to talk about Medicare... they called on the former VP of our foundation's phone line - before I could answer and ask them to take us off their list, it cut out. I tried to call back, and received a recorded message saying I'd reached "Customer service. To be connected to an agent, press 1 - to be taken off our call list, please press 2 - " pressing 1 does not take you anywhere, nor does pressing 2. its the same recording over and over again. SCAM
