Root number for a robo caller that spoofs your local area code.

Robocaller: if it goes to voicemail, the recording picks up midway through the message because the robocaller is too dumb to realize (or doesn't care) that no one answered. Probably just as valuable to them to learn that the number is real because it was answered, even if it was just voicemail. The partial recording gives a phone number to call, "and ENT Listings will remove you from this list". I would advise against calling that number!
