Sounded like telemarketer from background noise Then a man called me by my first name and then started heavy breathing and sexual noises on phone

Asked for me by name, then asked for an ex I've been separated from for almost 20 years, I told them this person is not at this number. I don't know where the person is or have a contact number for them, then I hung up. Caller never stated any company name or reason for the call.
