They are calling me constantly on my home and cell phone, even after I've asked them several times to remove my number from their list and not to call me anymore.

Definitely SPAM/Fraud caller, Susan Reed displayed but a male with accent from India, states that he is from Microsoft and needs you to be at your computer so he can refund so money for previously paid services that have not been completed or provided. Total SCAM - AVOID/BLOCK Caller
