Account Services - And they keep calling from all different numbers including numbers from Canada. And they refuse to talk to you if you ask them to take them off their list. They just hang up on you and refuse to give their name.

Offered new lower rate on my credit cards. I pressed 2 to speak to a customer representative and was hung up on. There was an option to decline the offer, but no option to be removed from their call list.
