Telus confirmed that this is a phishing phone number and is NOT Telus. They are looking to get identity information. It is definitely a scam.

I have received 3 calls from 236-427-1246 within the past 7 days. Damn annoying.

Call from 236-427-1246 Said they're were calling on behalf of Telus for home security and some sort of health app. They called twice from same number over 2 days. When I called back on a Saturday, I got a voice mail which sounded like a Telus office but could not confirm the number with a google search
