This is a Scammer showing a Florida number, but the call is actually coming from either NY or Oklahoma. They claim to be from the Florida Highway Patrol Association, Florida Police Association or the Florida Disabled Police Association" the Slicky Boy calling goes by the name STEPHEN and this guy is a smooth talker. Major scam and I have reported it to the Fla AG's office, the Fla DNC and the National DNC and nothing ever happens. If the call comes in from a Florida city area codes 239, 321, 386 or 904 without a name, it's STEPHEN the "Fund Raiser"
