Scammer. He sounds foreign and says he wants to get to know you. Has not asked for money yet but I know it is coming.

Received over 4 calls from this number one min apart. I didn't answer the 1st call so they called right back. Finally answered it a man with a jamaican accent, stated this is Federal Bank and wanted me to give them information so they could help pay of my car loan (I don't have any loans at all). Told them this number is on Do not call call list stop calling and remove my number. I hung up. They man called right back and started to yell at me and told me he would keep calling.
Called 16 times in the last two hours. Ridiculous!
