These people are a JOKE !! Calling me for over a year now from Florida cities proclaiming to be Microsoft IT desk saying your computer has viruses that are prompting them. They run a scam on you to try to gain remote access to your machine to place Trojan's on it to record keystrokes of passwords to ruin your life. DO NOT ANSWER THIS CALL !!!!!

This caller is located in Cape Coral Florida, the callers have an Indian (India) accent. They call to say they are with PC Speedy or some other PC company and states they are going out of business and wish to return your funds for services. During the conversation they say they need to do one last check on your computer as a courtesy check and set up a Pay Pal account to refund your money. As you know PC Speedy must take control of your computer to clean it from virus malware. Once this company get into your computer they try and get financial information from you such as your bank account login and SS number to access and clean your account out. Make sure you have hacking proof software on your computer, McAfee provides this protection, which will block the hacking, make sure you add Stinger, Malwarebytes, and C Cleaner. This prevent the cyber criminal from taking your PC hostage and this software will release it back to you along with the criminals IP addresses. They are using magic jack to call and they have a robust server that will ghost your computer. Alert all you your financial companies of potential Identity theft.
