I did not answer this call mainly because I get way to many of these scam and telemarketing calls. They are calling a cell phone, I guess the DO NOT CALL LIST works.

THIS NUMBER CALLED ME AND LEFT THE MOST NASTY MESSAGE I HAVE EVER HEARD.

Credit card fake alert

This is definitely a SCAM! Recording said to press 1 to lower my credit card interest rate. Curious to hear who this was so I did. When the guy answered (foreign voice), he asked me if I had my Visa. I asked which one? He asked you don't have your Visa? I asked again which one and which company? He said National. I said yea that's not it. I told him I'm on the Do Not Call list, and they need to remove me from their database and call list. I told him I'm reporting them to the FTC.
