Total scam.

I just got a call from these people from a Courtney Coswell, (on a phone number that I never use) and she was rude, and asked me if I was who I was, and I said yes. She then stated there were 2 bank fraud cases against me from an a client that she never mentioned. I was upset and said no that is not me. She then asked me if my last four digits of my social security numbers were correct. I said yes, (stupid me), then she said that I would be getting a summons to go to court, and said good luck and hung up the phone. I called back and asked for their company name and address and I was put into their voice mail. I left a vm for that Coswell person. Anyone get a summons? Who are these people?

They say i have an unpaid payday loan and they are coming to arrest me and i will be forfeiting my rights unless i pay $300 today.
