Now calling every day, each day from a different number. From time to time the name changes, always a new name (never re-using one of the past ones). When I Google the number, massive reports found and each one has numerous (sometimes a dozen) reports before mine -- and they're *ALWAYS posted that day*. I can't help but think they pick one number per day and start robo-dialing from it, then start fresh the next day from another number. Nothing short of harassment. Other numbers I know of -- and I didn't complete the list, I found far too many results after searching "Health Hotline" (many are sequential, so likely many more around those numbers):

I am sick of getting these calls. Calls come from multiple states and are faked numbers. Robo message starts with, "Hi, this is Ann..." I do not want to change my number of multiple years but this is driving me batty.

Another phone number for a robocall about health insurance. Same voice message left as from many other numbers from many other states.
