ROBO call stating I was being sued for IRS Tax fraud. SCAM I did not call back because I am in constant communication with the IRS and know I do not have any fraud from them or being sued. You call the IRS directly if you have a question about you tax info or go to any local office for assistance. DO NOT CALL or even give any of you tax information to anyone over the phone. The IRS will not contact you by phone, email or texting they will send mail with information on how to check on your status.
