He left voicemail twice about my going before a federal magistrate. I called and spoke to a Kevin Johnson. He has a heavy Spanish accent. I told him that the I.R.S. does not call. It sends documents through the U.S. Postal Service. He said it had been difficult to reach me, which was false because I have had the same address for 20 years. He is ridiculous.
