I just received a call about the same thing. A voicemail saying there is a federal investigation against me.

Scammer! He said his name was Daniel Walter but had an Indian accent. I told him he was a scammer. He laughed, cursed, and then hung up.
Caller: Daniel Walter
Just received a call using the same script. She said her name was Donna Jackson. When I asked her for her phone number she hung up.
Caller: IRS Scammer
He used the very same script for me. Telling me that the local police will go and arrest me.
