Answer call and hear nothing at first then connects to person trying to get your credit card.

I got a call from this number and they said my first name. Then asked me to donate to a national police fund. Gave me three $ amounts to choose from. I said they they would mail me an envelope but I had to agree to pay before they mailed it. I said no.

called this morning and google screen picke it up and they said nothing just sat there for 3 minutes till i hung up and blocked the number
