As with most people here, we too are receiving a few calls from this particular phone number every single day.

One easy way of dealing with this is to find out if you telephone service provider offers an "allow only list". Log in to you account online and manually type in just the phone numbers you are willing to let come through. If I'm not mistaken (for U-verse customers) - you can punch in up to 20 phone numbers. OR, since it's not a toll free number - punch it into your block list.

For those of you telling them to take you off their calling list - this is the *wrong* response. You have to speak *their* language: tell them to place you on their *DO NOT CALL* list - otherwise, you will continue to receive calls. Also place your phone number on your states (if available) and the .gov *DO NOT CALL* registry. It can take up to a few months for that information to clear, but it's worth it. You will not have to re-register again for five years (unless, of course) you change your phone number. After you've gone through the registration and verification process - print out the page to keep for your records. When they call again - inform them that you are registered with both the state and the federal do not call lists. If they call again after that - you can file a complaint and file suit against them.

When they asked for my first name I always say I'm not here if it is a telemarketer or a number I don't recognize.

When I called back 5 minutes later, someone speaking in spanish picked up the line. I don't know spanish so I hung up.

The call ID stated Brivia Comm llc and the number was 240-787-1342

THEY KEEP CALLING AND SAY NOTHING VERY ANNOYING..HOW CAN THIS BE STOPPED?

hey guys! for you not to be call again by this number, all you gonna to do is to say " 1, 2, 3 DARNA! " if you'll have a chance to speak with one of there rep, and they will not call you again

They wont stop calling my cell phone. They tired to get infornmation about me trying to convince me to take surveys and keeps on calling no matter how many times I said to take my number out of the calling list.

CALLED DIDN'T LEAVE MSG AND THEN WHEN I TRY TO CALL BACK NUMBER IS BUSY

Calling twice daily will not leave message then # is busy when you attempt to call and see who is calling.

won't leave a message, when I did answer was for a security system, asked then told them to take me off the list and they keep calling ....

Called frequently. Someone says hello and then hangs up.
