To Anonymous who wrote about the caller being foul mouthed and threatening: this phone number was issued by Onvoy, inc. Onvoy is owned by Sinch and they have the online voip services like textnow and others. You can email Onvoy/Sinch and let them know the user of (240) 824-4629 is harrasing you.
