Phishing. They shouldn't be calling since I'm on the DNC but they are illegally using robo calls to claim that they can lower your interest rate. The guy never said his name and never addressed me by mines. When I questioned the company he said Credit Services real fast and began rambling about working with Equifax and that they were calling from my credit card company. I hung up when he mentioned my debit card as one of the "qualified cards," confirming to me this being a scam.
