Did not answer as I don't answer anyone not already in my phone book. But it showed it was coming from Barbados. Scam I'm sure.

Got a call, called back, busy number. I deal with people all over the U.S. so not uncommon.

Answered call but no one was there. A common scam is to get you to call their number back in order to solve the mystery as to who called your phone number. Often a return call will bill your phone from $49 to $99 or more. DO NOT CALL a number back that you don't recognize - especially one from outside the continental USA. Even bill collectors are required to do something to let you verify their call - like leave a genuine voice message. Legitimate callers respond when you say "hello," but any caller could be a bad guy wanting to harm you in some way, so you must be careful. It is probably better to erase and block the number if you don't recognize it - just like I am doing now. Whoever it was had a chance to talk to me and it failed - my time and safety is worth more than that. Hang up or don't answer if you are in doubt.

I had someone check this number out for me and it is a SCAM!!! please do not reply to this number. Block it if you can.

Yes they call me twice. I added them to rejection list. Do not call back!!! Check your voice mail.

Did not pick up. Added to the block list. On the DNC list but that does not seem to matter. Said Barbados as the location. I was just there and honestly the number looked familiar. Still did not answer and no message was left.

For everyone wondering, this is a pretty well-known scam. Google it. A "one-ring" call from an unknown Caribbean country and if someone calls back they are charged $20 plus like $9 a minute. Never call back or answer an unknown number! That's what voicemail is for!!!

I rec'd the call while on the other line, tried to recall the number over and over (because I was expecting a call from fridge delivery folks) and it just kept saying "all circuits are busy now, please try your call again later"
