in background, as from a party or bar.
No one spoke.

I remove it from notification it calls right back

This is the common number for voice mail.
Caller: User dialed
I just saw this number on my call log from yesterday, left no message.
After some more checking I found another site which says this is a voice mail number for Cingular. Maybe ATT is still using it. My call log shows it as an outgoing call after looking at it closer, little arrow pointing away.
