Robo caller and scammer. People never give information over the phone ever!!! Unless you know that's your real number from your reputable company you've talked to plenty of times. Never answer a phone number you don't even know or if it's unknown never answer!! Common sense tells you if it's unknown that means you don't know who it is and think about who would call you from an unknown number. Second if it's a number you don't have in contacts are from a state you never ever talk to anyone from it's a scam!! Come on would you trust someone you don't know with anything?? Just put a call blocker on your phone and if it's a house phone just let them go to voice mail simple they eventually will stop calling and if they don't they will call from so many different numbers till it's not funny. That's why they call them scammers and bottom feeder low lifes!!
