She then got rude, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor she told me to "Shut your trap". She then said she could call and harass me anytime she wanted to. Three minutes later, she called back from a different number.

I have repeated filed complaints over this ONGOING problem and feel the FCC is taking ZERO action and just filing my complaints in the waste basket.
