I asked to be removed from the call list. When asked the name of the caller, he said "Bob Smith"...ha ha. I laughed and said, "that is not your real name but I know you are doing your job and I would appreciate it if you would take me off your list. Legally, I have the right to prosecute after three requests".

Then he started asking me how old I was and where I lived....random and not relevant.

PS...I don't own a credit card so I know I do not have any debt to consolidate.
